Sheren Faraq, Ph.D.(second from right), is the director and assistant professor of the Horticulture Technology program at 91²Ö¿â at Salem. She has found that the woods, grounds and gardens in the 100 acre-footprint of the Salem Campus offer spectacular opportunities to provide her students with hands-on learning experiences.
