The day and time of your arrival will determine your check in location. Follow the directions so the Housing team can welcome you and scan you in!

Sign up for Early Arrival. Early arrival starts Aug. 8, 2025, and is $35 per night. Check back for the link 鈥� sign-up will be available in mid-July.

Ah, darn, you鈥檒l miss the move-in excitement! But don鈥檛 worry, we can鈥檛 wait to welcome you!

Are you bringing a bike to campus? Be sure to register it by visiting Safety and Community Care in 105 Tri-Towers Rotunda! This gives you access to bike storage rooms and a sticker for your bike.

Housing will have carts available at the check-in tables. With a limited supply, we encourage you to bring moving carts and dollies if you have them!
