ATTENTION: TOTAL WATER OUTAGE IN BEALL, MCDOWELL, TWIN CENTER
***Spring Break Week: Monday, March 9, 2026 - Friday, March 13th, 2026***
Due to urgent repairs needed on some domestic water lines in Twin Towers, there will be a total water outage in Beall, McDowell, and Twin Center during the week of March 9th (Spring Break). The outage will begin at 7AM on Monday, March 9th and could last through Friday, March 13th. This means there will be NO USE of toilets, showers, sinks, water fountains, or laundry facilities.
Alternative Accommodations
Alternative accommodations in Allyn Hall and Clark Hall will be provided as follows for affected residents and staff:
- Beall / McDowell residents: Access to Allyn & Clark 1st floor community restrooms and student bathroom pods and laundry rooms on all residence floors
- Twin Center staff: Access to Allyn & Clark 1st floor community restrooms in the main central hallway that connects to Eastway Center
***Please Note: The stairwell entrances by the elevators in Allyn & Clark will be inaccessible due to some maintenance work. Please plan to use the stairwell entrances along Senhauser Drive or the entrances leading directly into the main central hallway.
