Jonathan V. Selinger, professor and Ohio Eminent Scholar in 91²Ö¿â’s Department of Physics, in the College of Arts and Sciences, and the Advanced Materials and Liquid Crystal Institute, has been elected a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), the world’s largest general scientific society and publisher of the journal Science.

New Funding Leads to New Full-Body Virtual Reality Lab
Two 91²Ö¿â sociology researchers are moving toward gaining insight into how people’s brains react in a variety of threatening situations using innovative virtual reality (VR) technology funded by the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Army. Materials Science Research Receives Grant for New X-ray Scattering Instrument
91²Ö¿â’s Advanced Materials and Liquid Crystal Institute soon will be home to a new X-ray scattering instrument capable of examining materials in scales from as small as a fraction of a nanometer to as large as several micrometers.
