• At the start of each rental, fields will undergo dragging, lining, and setup as per the renter's instructions. Additional field maintenance, including raking, dragging, new chalk lines, or adjustments to base/mound dimensions, can be arranged for an extra fee with a minimum two-week notice prior to the rental date.
• During the rental period, the Licensee (Renter) has the flexibility to rake, apply new chalk lines, and make adjustments to base/mound dimensions as needed. Rakes, a line applicator, and tape measure are provided at no additional cost.

The custodial fee covers cleanup, disposal, and paper product expenses associated with facility use. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of deposit.

The lighting fee will be assessed on a per-field, per-hour basis. Lights are paid the full hour to turn on then pro-rated after the first hour. Staff at the Allerton Sports Complex will evaluate safety considerations and may activate or leave the lights on as necessary for the safety of participants and spectators.

The Licensee (Renter) will provide Recreation and Wellness Services at 91²Ö¿â with evidence of General Liability Insurance in an amount not less $1,000,000 single limit against claims for bodily injury, death, and property damage, and will name 91²Ö¿â/Recreational and Wellness Services as an Additional Insured and/or Certificate Holder.
