Any of the topics can be used with any group of students, whether undergraduates, graduates, first year, etc. Some might be more helpful at different stages and some recommendations are provided below.

Yes, once the content is copied into your course, then you will be able to edit any of the content you'd like. We do ask that you do not remove the Sign In Form from the content as that is how we collect valuable data about the Career Academy content from students.
Yes, you can select only certain topics, assignments or quizzes you'd like to copy into your course. However, the easiest process is to import the entire module and then delete or unpublish the information and activities you don't need or want.
