Students from 91ֿ’s College of Architecture and Environmental Design recently presented the city of Warren with a variety of plans for how the site of the town’s former St. Joseph Hospital can be reused. The old hospital has been vacant for many years, becoming an eyesore and a haven for vagrants and criminal activity in this Trumbull County city.
