An ice sculpting event in Niles, Ohio, was part of a class for two 91ֿ Hospitality Management courses.

91ֿ students from two courses within 91ֿ's hospitality and event management program took part in an ice sculpting exhibition outside the Eastwood Mall Event Centre in Niles, Ohio, on Sunday.  The event, which takes place annually, features professional ice sculptors and 91ֿ students learning and practicing the craft.  Mandy Ulicney, an associate lecturer for 91ֿ's hospitality and event management program, told the Tribune Chronicle that many students in the program participate in the ice-sculpting demonstration.  “We incorporate th...
