When Kendall Myers first arrived at 91²Ö¿â at Stark as a College Credit Plus student, she knew she had an interest in biology. What she could not have predicted was just how far that passion would take her.Since enrolling at 91²Ö¿â Stark, Myers has built an undergraduate resume more commonly associated with seasoned researchers than college seniors, publishing scientific work, earning national recognition for microscopy, presenting award-winning research across multiple disciplines and now graduating this spring with dual bachelor’s degrees in biology and psychology....

Cheer on 91²Ö¿â Football as they take on The Ohio State Buckeyes in Columbus for an exciting in-state showdown and a true bucket-list college football experience. Advertising - Minor

The Advertising minor provides students with an overview of the different roles advertising plays in society. Students gain an understanding of social, legal and marketing considerations in advertising and how branding is created through media and creative strategies to persuade a designated target audience.

Admissions for Advertising - Minor

Admission Requirements

To declare the Advertising minor, students must have a minimum 2.000 overall 91²Ö¿â GPA. No 91²Ö¿â GPA is required if the student is a first-semester freshman or transfer student admitted in good standing.

Eligible Students Must

  • Be currently enrolled in at least one credit hour at any 91²Ö¿â campus.
  • Have a FAFSA on file for the current academic year, if eligible to file.
  • Have accepted all available financial aid and scholarship assistance, if applicable, including Federal Direct and Graduate Loans.
  • Demonstrate financial hardship.
  • Meet with a CARES Center case manager prior to applying.

Things to Know

  • Emergency aid requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with consideration given to each student’s individual circumstances.
  • Documentation may be required to verify financial need. If requested, documentation must be submitted to be considered for funding.
  • Emergency funding cannot be used to support non-students (such as family members) unless the situation directly impacts the enrolled student.
  • The maximum emergency funding award is $1,100 per academic year.
