• Academic Challenges
• Questions about your Schedule or Course Scheduling
• Getting Involved and Connected on Campus
• Basic Needs - Access to food, housing, financial support
• Identifying Resources to Pay for College

Once a request has been received by the Office of Student Success Programs, it will be sent to the appropriate campus resource. Students will then be contacted by someone at 91�ֿ� who can help them within 1-3 business days.  

• Go to the “Navigate360 Student” mobile app (To get the app go to the KSU Navigate page) 
• Click the rocket icon and select “Flash Help” 
• Select “Create a Flash Help” 
• Select a reason, the class (if relevant), and any additional comments 
• Click “Submit”

The Flash Help System is not an appropriate method of communication for concerns regarding a student's mental health or safety.
