(Northeast OH) – Project Engineer – Higley Construction is seeking a Project Engineer (PE) to gain exposure to multiple career paths within the firm through departmental rotations in both the office and the field over a 3–5 year period. Through rotations in operations, safety, project controls, estimating, and business development, the PE develops a strong understanding of core company processes, procedures, and systems to help identify a career path best aligned with their skills and interests. The PE reports to various departmental and project leaders throughout these rotations and may transition between office and field assignments depending on project needs. The PE provides exceptional customer service to colleagues in the office and field, as well as to owners, owner’s representatives, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
