Changes Coming to 2026 Wellness Rewards

You asked, we delivered! We are pleased to announce some big changes coming to the Wellness Rewards program:

  • Tier 2 2026 will run from Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2026 (instead of ending in October). Employees that complete Tier 2 after Dec. 15 will receive their incentive pay in January 2027.
  • Incentive payouts will occur MONTHLY for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 in the 2026 cycles.
  • Monthly challenges will be held through Employee Wellness and no longer through the BeWell portal. Details coming soon!
  • Keep an eye out for NEW Tier 2 activities in your BeWell portal! We understand that work/life balance is important, so we will be adding more opportunities for points outside of work.

If you have any questions regarding changes, please reach out to wellness@kent.edu.
