Know Your Numbers: Health Screenings Coming In August

91²Ö¿â employees are invited to participate in the next annual health screening to be held on Aug. 2, 16 and 25, from 7:30-10:30 a.m. Be Well Solutions, 91²Ö¿â’s wellness partner, will again offer the onsite health screenings to all full-time, benefits-eligible employees. 

The August screenings will take place in Heer Hall, Room 107, on the Kent Campus. Additional screenings are scheduled for all campuses throughout the upcoming months and can be found on the wellness calendar and the .

You do not have to be covered by one of the university health plans in order to take advantage of this offer. In preparation for the health screening, participants must fast for 8-10 hours before their onsite screening. Please note that the blood draw is via a simple finger stick. Confidential results will be provided to the employee for the following:

  • Glucose
  • Total cholesterol, including HDL and LDL
  • Triglycerides
  • Blood pressure
  • Body mass index

Employees are invited to register and schedule their screening appointment through Be Well’s secure website at . If you have not yet signed into the Be Well website, first-time instructions on completing the registration process are available on the . All information regarding employee registration and screening results are strictly confidential.

As a reminder, and as an ongoing service to our benefits-eligible employees, Be Well Solutions will continue to provide free health coaching services. Unlimited health coaching is offered telephonically as well as face to face. To take advantage of this offer to work on your individual health goals, simply log in to Be Well at  and select worksite coaching or telephonic coaching. Important Reminder 91²Ö¿â Your 2025 FSA Funds

If you still have money remaining in your 2025 Flexible Spending Account (FSA), be sure to use it soon to avoid losing those funds.

  • You have until March 15, 2026, to incur eligible expenses using your remaining 2025 FSA balance.
  • You must submit all claims for those expenses by June 30, 2026.

Eligible expenses may include deductibles, copays, eyeglasses, dental treatments, and other qualified healthcare costs not covered by your medical plan.
