The William (Bill) C. Horton Memorial Scholarship was recently endowed at 91ֿ at Trumbull thanks to more than $25,000 in gifts from friends, family and local community organizations. The scholarship will support residents of Trumbull County who are pursuing a degree in business while attending 91ֿ Trumbull.
