Area police agencies will conduct joint training exercises from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the Business and Administration Building along Summit Street on the Kent Campus.Those passing through the area are likely to see a heavy police presence as officers from several local agencies work together.
