The mission of the Ben Curtis Family Foundation is to help alleviate childhood hunger. Our Birdie Bag Program, a weekend feeding program for children, helps drive its mission. Volunteers will pack Birdie Bags of food for local elementary, middle and high school students, helping ensure they have the fuel they need to be successful at school and at home.

Jason Lorenzon, J.D., assistant professor of aeronautics at 91²Ö¿â, was recently featured on 93.5 WAKR’s Ray Horner Morning Show and detailed the new changes coming to the 91²Ö¿â airport. In June 2023, the 91²Ö¿â Board of Trustees a number of approved resolutions for the aeronautics program. Since then, the program continues to make changes to improve the airport and curriculum. 91²Ö¿â received a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to improve its taxiway and compass calibration.
