The 13th edition of American Public Policy: Promise and Performance has recently been made available for widespread use by CQ Press, a Washington DC based division of Sage Publications. For this edition of this widely used American Public Policy textbook, John Hoornbeek, PhD, a Faculty Affiliate of the Center for Public Policy and Health, has joined Dr. B.
