In this hands-on CAPS workshop, you’ll learn simple strategies for therapeutic journaling and get time to practice. Journals are provided.
Join us for a lively, hands-on session where we’ll explore what it really means to listen with intention from body language and tone of voice (paraverbals) to the power of paraphrasing and summarizing.
