Therapeutic Journaling

Journaling isn’t just about writing—it’s a powerful way to sort through thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Research shows it can boost memory, lower stress, and even improve your overall well-being. In this hands-on CAPS workshop, you’ll learn simple strategies for therapeutic journaling and get time to practice. Journals are provided.
