Key Requirements

  • Same subject code (e.g., BSCI)
  • Identical course content except for:
    • Course level and prerequisites
    • Expectations and assignments appropriate to each academic level
  • Students may only register for one version of the course
  • Students who have taken the undergraduate course may NOT repeat the course at the graduate level for credit towards a graduate degree.
  • Undergraduate students must receive permission to register for the graduate-level course.

Additional Notes

  • Cross-listing in more than two departments is discouraged unless academically justified
  • Each department must submit supporting documentation in the course inventory
  • Any revisions must be submitted (or confirmed) for all versions of the cross-listed course
  • Treated as equivalent courses for:
    • GPA calculation
    • Total earned credit hours
    • Federal financial aid eligibility

The 91²Ö¿â alumni family will grow by more than 1,000 new graduates from its eight-campus system across Ohio as the university holds its summer commencement ceremony. The accomplishments of the Summer Class of 2025 will be recognized with a commencement ceremony at 10 a.m. on Aug. 9.
