  Valentine's Day arrived a day early on Risman Plaza with a puppy kissing booth from Collar Scholars. The booth was built by 91²Ö¿â building trades students for Collar Scholars - a group of 91²Ö¿â students who raise future service dogs for Canine Companions.   Four-legged ambassadors from Canine Companions have supported 91²Ö¿â students in times of loss, giving comfort when it was needed most.
