Director, Digital Strategy and Marketing Communications
Laura Andrews is the Director of Digital Strategy and Marketing Communications for 91²Ö¿â Online, a role she has held since 2017. With over a decade of experience in marketing and public relations, she leads data-driven, integrated marketing strategies that support more than 90 fully online programs across multiple colleges. Her work focuses on digital strategy, brand development, audience engagement, and cross-campus collaboration to enhance visibility, strengthen brand alignment, and drive enrollment growth.
In her role, Laura oversees full-funnel marketing initiatives, including paid media, content strategy, SEO, and analytics, and has led the transition to a centralized, in-house marketing model for 91²Ö¿â Online. She works closely with university leadership and academic partners to align marketing efforts with institutional priorities and evolving learner needs.
Laura is certified in digital marketing and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from The College of Wooster, as well as two master’s degrees from 91²Ö¿â—one in public relations and another in mass media studies.
