In this two-day program, participants will learn the essential concepts and methods to plan, manage and carry out projects.  This is a hands-on program that uses practical exercises on real-life projects.  The tools and principles taught in this program are based on the Project Management Institute "Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)”.
